Next I worked on another JavaScript tutorial for drawing and animation. With variables and functions, the clouds part and the sun grows until it fills the screen. Yay!

Math Review

Today's math review is exponents with negative bases. Pretty easy to remember: exponents that are odd numbers give negative values, even numbers give positive. See the video. I'm now 68% finished with general 7th grade math.

Exponents with negative bases: Apply what we know about negative numbers to determine how negative bases with exponents are affected and what patterns develop. Also learn how order of operations affect the pattern.
