Launch School Pre-curriculum
Here is a webinar that gives a glimpse into the Launch School curriculum.
"In this webinar, we’ll take a tour of the various courses and assignments throughout the Launch School curriculum, and go over our teaching philosophy and curriculum sequence. It’s a good opportunity to see some of the coursework if you’re interested in Launch School, and we’ll give you a realistic idea of what learning in a transformative program like ours would feel like."
And Here is a webinar about learning to code anti-patterns, or things that get in the way of people being successful in their program
"It’s often difficult to prescribe a “right way” for a beginner to learn programming because everyone learns differently. But there are certainly wrong ways to learn. Over the years, we’ve seen many learning anti-patterns. In this webinar, we’ll talk about many of them and how to avoid them. This webinar is geared towards those who haven’t started the Launch School program yet, or those who are very early in the process."

Math Review
Today's math review is Interpreting Linear Expressions. It mostly involves thinking about how linear expressions with variables correlate in meaning to a given word problem. Not too hard once you get the hang of what they are asking. I'm at 72% in general 7th grade math.
Interpreting linear expressions: diamonds: We match the expressions to their meaning in this example. We're reinforcing our knowledge of linear expressions.
